Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

Is there a shipping fee?

All prepaid orders within India are shipped free of charge. We charge a minimum fee of Rs 150 for Cash on Delivery orders.

Free shipping on orders above USD 250 (or INR equivalent) Under USD 250, shipping fee will be 1500

How long will it take to process my order?

Once your order is confirmed, it takes us 3-4 business days to process your order. Once the order is processed, standard shipping takes 6-8 business days within India and 8-12 business days for international deliveries.

For deliveries within NCR Delhi, we offer next day delivery on request. Please get in touch with us via email for the same. Terms and Conditions apply.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification, with the tracking link included. You should be able to track the status of your delivery using this link. For any questions, please reach out to our team via email or Instagram DM.

Will I have to pay customs and import duties?

Any Import duties applicable will be borne by the customer and Label Mogra will not be responsible for it.
